Bowlero Corp Acquires Stars Vacaville and Spring Hill Lanes Bowling Centers
Bowlero Corp to own and operate centers in Vacaville, Calif. and Spring Hill, Fla.
New York, NY – Bowlero Corp, the world leader in bowling entertainment has announced an acquisition of two bowling centers - Stars Vacaville in California and Spring Hill Lanes in Florida, expanding the company’s footprint to 322+ locations across North America.
Both locations will officially operate under Bowlero Corp management and introduce new offers and exclusive promotions from Bowlero. Ownership went into effect on Saturday, Nov. 20.
On the west coast, Stars Vacaville is located at 155 Browns Valley Parkway in Vacaville, Calif. The center, totaling over 73,000 square feet, is equipped with 40 lanes, two full-service bar and lounge spaces, an interactive arcade with 60 games, nine billiards tables, and an on-site pro-shop for league bowlers.
On the east coast, Spring Hill Lanes is located 3447 Commercial Way in Spring Hill, Fla. The center, totaling over 40,000 square feet, features 44 lanes, an interactive arade with over 20 games, two full bars including the Icon Sports Bar, darts, a private party room, plus an on-site pro shop.
Stars Vacaville marks the company’s 44th location in California joining 36 Bowlero centers, six AMF, and one Bowlmor Lanes venue. Spring Hill Lanes brings the company’s total to 27 centers in Florida joining 12 Bowlero and 14 AMF centers.
