ACME BOWL UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Bowlero Corporation announces acquisition of the King County bowling center

Tukwila, WA, October 12, 2018 – Bowlero Corporation (formerly Bowlmor AMF), the world leader in bowling entertainment, is proud to announce its acquisition of Acme Bowl, expanding the Bowlero brand presence to two striking venues in Washington.

Totaling over 50,000 square feet, Acme Bowl’s size makes it one of Bowlero Corp’s largest locations. Acme Bowl will continue to bring the best in bowling to King County as it introduces an upgraded entertainment experience complete with new offers and exclusive promotions from Bowlero.

Acme Bowl will continue to operate business as usual and, under new management, will be transformed into Bowlero in 2019. Bowlero is Bowlero Corp’s rapidly expanding, millennial-inspired brand that features signature blacklight bowling lanes, laneside lounge seating, and hi-definition video walls that bring the game to an entirely new level.

Acme Bowl will add to Bowlero Corp’s growing presence in Washington and join Bowlero’s sister center, Bowlero Lynnwood, located 31 miles north of the newly acquired venue.
