The Hippest Name in Bowling Opens First Location in Delaware
Bowlero Corp the world leader in bowling entertainment, is excited to announce the transformation of AMF Price Lanes into the all-new Bowlero. The brand’s Wilmington location will be the first Bowlero to open in Delaware, marking a new era in bowling, dining, and entertainment for New Castle County residents.
Located at 3215 Kirkwood Highway (near Price’s corner), the newly renovated, 45,000-square-foot-venue features 52 lanes of blacklight bowling, upgraded seating, and high definition video walls at the end of the lanes that play everything from live sports and music videos to classic family films. That’s not all. Bowlero also includes an interactive arcade that houses 32 games, including fan favorites like The Giant Crane, Air Hockey, and Space Invaders.
Inspired design is at the heart of every Bowlero and Wilmington proves to be no exception. From its vintage Edison light fixtures and rich Herringbone-patterned floors, to its retro inspired wall graphics, Bowlero offers guests the perfect environment to let loose, hang out, and have fun on the lanes.
Bowlero will also feature the brand’s delicious menu, which includes fan favorites such as the Smokehouse Burger, Nine Napkin Nachos, and Wild Style Fries in addition to kid-friendly options such as mac & cheese bites and chicken fingers that even adults will love. Sports fans can even cheer on their favorite teams at Bowlero’s brand-new sports bar, which has flat-screen TVs and a variety of cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
To celebrate the transformation, Bowlero Wilmington invites everyone in the community to join the grand opening party on Saturday, January 19th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with free bowling, arcade play, great giveaways, and more. RSVP is recommended.
